EL DORADO — This is an official press release from the U.S. Department of Justice (USAO - Arkansas, Western), published as received.

EL DORADO – An El Dorado, Arkansas man was sentenced yesterday to 120 months in federal prison, followed by 8 years of supervised release, for distributing more than 50 grams of a mixture or substance containing methamphetamine.  The Honorable Judge John Thomas Shepherd presided over the sentencing hearing in the United States District Court at El Dorado.

According to court records, on December 7, 2023, Clinton Bernard Webb a.k.a “Skoot”, age 40, sold 55.89 grams of a mixture methamphetamine to a confidential source on video.  The confidential source then turned the methamphetamine over to investigators with the Arkansas State Police and Federal Bureau of Investigations.

Webb previously served a 144-month state prison sentence for Aggravated Robbery.  (See Bradley County Circuit Court; Docket No: CR-2006-57-4).

United States Attorney Kevin R. Holmes made the announcement. The Arkansas State Police and the FBI investigated the case. Assistant United States Attorney Trent Daniels prosecuted the case for the United States.

This case is part of Operation Take Back America a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the U.S. Department of Justice to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime.
